I decided that for the birth of my first child, I would make my own birth announcements. I made 100 of them and there were 4 different versions. This is just one of them.
The saying on the outside with a photo of me pregnant says:
A child enters your life and fills a place in your heart you never knew was empty.
Inside was a photo of our little one and her stats.
I loosely attached the photos so that they could be removed and kept if the card was to be tossed.
I don't know if I'll have time to do this for the rest of my (hopeful) children, but I love homemade cards and wanted them to be special.
